The cows at Corte Carnevale have been providing us with the finest quality milk for almost a century and we use it to produce one of the most famous, well-loved Italian dairy products in the world: Grana Padano cheese.
The farm next to the agriturismo hosts around two hundred Freisian cows. They are milked twice a day and feed mainly on the hay we harvest in the summer, having left the wild grass in the green meadows around the agriturismo to dry in the sun.
